POSTAGE AND PACKING RATES
For customers within the UK: Our store will automatically calculate postage
at checkout. Our rates are £3.50 for orders up to £20, £4.50 for orders
between £20 and £40, £6.95 for orders between £40 and £75, £10.00 for orders between £75 and £100 and £15 for all orders above £100.
For Overseas customers: Our store will show the same as the UK rate.
Once we have received your order and initial payment, we will calculate postage
on your order - we will then send you a Paypal Invoice for the difference.
We charge fair rates, based on the standard post office costs.
If at this stage you choose not to go ahead, we will refund your initial
payment in full.
International Buyers please note that whilst parcels usually arrive quickly, delivery may be delayed if the international postcode/zip code is entered incorrectly or if duties, taxes or formal customs entry processes apply. Please also consider any duty costs which may be applicable on arrival into your country. Customs duty is a tax that is sometimes levied by the receiving country. We cannot be held responsible for these charges.
All our items are insured against Loss or Damage. Once the parcel leaves us; we
have no control over it. However, we can claim and we shall reimburse you if something goes wrong. Our
Postal charge includes: Postage, Packing, Packaging, and Insurance etc.
Where possible we aim to dispatch orders on the same day as cleared payment
is received before 12:00 noon. Orders received after noon will be dispatched on
the following working day. (If you require next day delivery, please call us on
Tel 07886 020058. Between the hours of UK Time 9:00 - 2:00.)
Normally you should receive your order within 2 – 3 working days after
dispatch notification eMail. PLEASE contact us if your item has not arrived
within 7 working days of dispatch in the UK, and after 14 working days if
All our items are insured therefore we offer a FULL refund service. We
refund/replace-damaged items (please send picture of damaged items). If an item is reported lost we shall try to trace via our Carriers, again we will offer a FULL
refund if it cannot be located. We always get proof of posting.
For items lost in the post you may be required to sign a simple declaration to confirm that you have not received the item before the refund can be issued.
All orders placed over the weekend will be emailed Monday to inform dispatch.

If you later change your mind, you can return your purchase to us in
its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item,
unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund
for the price you paid for the item. However, please contact us for instructions before returning an item as returns must be with our prior agreement.
Please Note: If the reason for the return is not because of an error on our part and the item is not defective, then the postage costs must be met by the
you (the customer). In any event the maximum liability of any sale is the total monies paid to us - no payment will be made for consequential loss, however caused.
